Hlengiwe was born and raised in Alexandra, one of South Africa's oldest and most densely populated townships. Growing up, the odds were stacked — limited resources, an impoverished mindset all around her, and a system that wasn't designed for people like her to win.
But Hlengiwe refused to accept that story as her own. She pushed through, earned her place in the world of investment banking, and spent over a decade mastering the language of money — the same language that most young professionals are never taught.
Then she did something most people think is impossible on a salary: she built a real estate portfolio of over 8 properties, using her payslip as leverage. Not inherited wealth. Not a windfall. Her income, her knowledge, and her strategy.
Today, Hlengiwe is on a mission to make sure the next generation of young professionals doesn't have to figure this out alone. She coaches ambitious people to build careers with purpose and the financial literacy to turn that income into lasting wealth.
